Research for online shoppers.

  • 24% of users have reported difficulty finding items.

  • 12% of users feel that there aren't enough trigger deals or items to motivate them to shop with us.

  • 7% using keywords such as "always the same", "dull", and "not inspired to cook” to describe their feeling.

Root cause

The absence of adequate operational tools has resulted in various customer-facing issues, such as product disorganization, difficulty in locating deals, and infrequent updates.

How to solve the problems?

Configured on Magento to develop a new homepage tool that is code-free, user-friendly, and fulfills all requirements, including maintaining product categories, creating campaigns, and generating promotions.

Please note: As this is an internal backend system, I am not able to provide highly detailed design and prototypes according to NPS standards.

Create campaigns by entering text and uploading images.

This implementation allows the operations team to collaborate directly with brand designers, streamlining sales efforts.

Configuared promotions for different locations.

This feature involves configuring each section for visuals and managing the fulfillment store.
